In the content of the email please state your full name, address and describe the compliant in as much detail as possible. A member of Digital Move Ltd will contact you within 48 to Acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a resolution to your complaint within 14-21 days. If you are not happy with this resolution then you are able to escalate the compliant to the Property Ombudsman whom which we are a member of.
