Director

After 17 years of passionate involvement in property investment and development, the one thing I rarely experienced was a great service when letting or purchasing any of my properties. Properties are most people’s largest investment, which can drive high levels of emotion when selling or letting.

As a result, Smartmove's core principles are based around customer experience being at the heart of everything we do.

I'm a qualified accountant with years of experience managing customer focused operations. During the weekends & holidays is when I spend time renovating properties for investment purposes to either sell or rent.

I live in Northampton Town and born and bred in Leicester, so have a very close emotional attachment to both of these areas. I'm married with one child who continues to keep me on my feet when I have spare time away from Smartmove

Sanjay Patel

Having completed a number of renovation and refurbishment projects over the last 12 years, I have a keen interest in the property market and have built a network of industry contacts. Being an experienced corporate banker, I also have an extensive knowledge of the mortgage market and the financial sector in the UK.

Smartmove was originally founded by Bimal and myself to bring together our property interests and corporate backgrounds to provide a professional and friendly experience to individuals wanting to sell or let out their properties. We enjoy what we do and we hope that shows!

Letting Consultant

Since a young age, I have had a profound passion for property development. This was established during my adolescence when I regularly developed and refurbished properties for family and friends as a hobby.

After completing a university degree, I have took the step into the property industry. There is nothing better than spending your time working in the field you are passionate about.

A degree in Accounting & Finance has given me the underlying knowledge and awareness of business operations as well as allowing me to work with landlords to maximise their asset value.

It is an honour to be a part of the Smartmove team and provide high quality homes for all of our tenants with courteous customer service.

Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with family and friends and continuing to develop my knowledge and skills.

Loren Matteo

Office Manager - Sales and Lettings

Having held a number of managerial roles, my position at Smartmove was ideal to compliment my other business interests. Being responsible for the back office operations of the company, nothing excites me more than handing over a set of keys to a new home owner or tenant.

In my spare time, I am busy with my son and supporting Liverpool and the Saints.

Lettings Administrator

Having previously worked in Retail, I really enjoy working with both our Tenants and Landlords.

Being based in the Admin Team is perfect for me as I am a very organised person and methodical in my approach.

In my spare time, I am a keen Horse Rider and an Adrenline Junkie who loves to travel.

Ellie Dytrych

Apprentice Office Administrator

I joined Smartmove in October 2018 and have not looked back since.

I am fluent in Polish and am learning Russian. I enjoy travelling around Europe. In spare time, I love to socialise with friends and reading books.
